Return Policy
We offer a 30 days money back guarantee - no hassle, no questions asked exchange or return policy.

If you aren’t totally happy with your purchase, we will set you up with an exchange of your choice or a full refund with 30 days.
Please email us at support@goodnightbluelight.co.uk and let us know the issue and whether you would like to return or exchange your glasses.

Your right to exchange or return is subject to the following conditions:
- We must take receive the return or be notified of the exchange within 30 days of delivery of your purchases.
- The product is in new and resalable condition.
- Prescription refunds are limited to 50% due to cost of the prescription.

Damaged or Faulty Glasses
All our glasses are all hand checked before they are sent to you. However, if your product is faulty, we will refund your payment or exchange the product at no cost to you. We will also cover shipping costs.

Shipping Costs
Good Night Blue Light ships worldwide. Simply select your option at the checkout and the low rate shipping cost will be added to your order.
Shipping Costs:
- UK: Free
- Europe: Free
- USA and Canada: £10
- Rest of World: £10

If you are upgrading your existing frames you are responsible for the cost to ship them to us.

How long do I have to wait for my glasses?
Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation email, this will have your order number listed. Our team will then prepare your order, because every pair is handmade this will take up to 10 working days depending on your prescription. Once your glasses are ready and have been shipped you will receive a tracking number.
