What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We use a third-party providers, MailChimp and SendGrid, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see their privacy notices. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails.If you register for our email newsletter, we collect personal information such as your name and email. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to keep you updated; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied.Of course, you can use our site anonymously.
We use Webflow to host and run our website and e-commerce store, which also collects data on how you use our site in order for us to better serve you.
Contact and Order forms
If you submit a contact or order form any information you submit will be kept on our server and will be used to contact you as requested. Like all of your data you can request to have this deleted or changed at any time.
We will not rent or sell or share your email with any third party, and we never have. However, we use third party analytics software from Google, LinkedIn and Facebook. In some cases, we may place a cookie on your side to enable us to better understand who is visiting our sites and how they use them.
Because we’re in the business of helping you, it’s difficult to engage with us without hearing from us. You can, and always have been able to, use third party tools, RSS or even incognito browsers to interact with our free materials.

Glasses We Service
Unfortunately we currently only service fully rimmed glasses, we don't yet service rimless or semi rimmed glasses due to the risk of damage.If you are unsure or have any further questions please contact us via email.
We will send full details of where to ship you existing frames once you complete your order. Please note you are responsible for shipping your glasses to us, we'll ship them back to you (free of charge in the U.K.)
As is standard policy among all optical labs, Good Night Blue Light cannot be held liable for the loss or damage of any pairs of glasses sent to us by you. We treat all glasses with the utmost care, however some glasses are sent to us that are old and worn and may not be able to handle the normal pressure of a properly-edged lens. By purchasing the custom tinting service, you are acknowledging that we handle your glasses with the utmost care but cannot be held responsible your glasses and agree to indemnify Good Night Blue Light and its partners/suppliers of all liability related to your glasses.
